RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Or Returning Your Goods
Once an order has been placed, you will have the right to cancel the
order at any time prior to shipment without reason. If you are a
customer, you may cancel your orders within 7 days following the
receipt of the goods.
Under these conditions Nautical Marine Models would return your
money (less the posting/shipping fee) within 30 days of the cancellation. Depending upon the reason
for cancellation, you may have to pay the cost of returning the
goods to our workshop. In the unlikely event that you wish to return
goods to us you must contact us first to obtain a returns
authorisation.
All goods must be returned in the original packaging and complete
with all booklets/instructions etc within 7 days of cancellation
date. All overseas purchases are granted 21 days for returning
goods. Unless Nautical Marine Models arranges collection, the cost
of returning the goods must be met by the purchaser together with
any insurance costs. The risk of any returned goods not collected by
Nautical Marine Models is wholly with the purchaser. For your
protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if
the value of the return is more than £15.00 (GBP).
Damaged Or Defective Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for physical
defects or damage. If you find any such physical defects or damage
you must tell us within 7 working days of receipt. This will enable
us to make the necessary claim on the relevant delivery insurance.
You will be offered a refund or replacement at your discretion,
replacement is subject to availability.
